The problem
Compassion wants to inform people that we work in 27 countries and are supported by 14 global offices in the world. Child sponsorship is not yet available in the two new countries (Myanmar & Malawi).
The goals
UX — Update from 25 to 27 countries, we do not want to generate excitement around the approval of sponsorship in two new countries (Myanmar and Malawi)
Business — The purpose of the campaign is to update the website to reflect Program’s expansion. We now work in 27 countries (including Myanmar and Malawi).
Rapid customer insights discovery
Customer signals from our Quantum Metric
Attention level: Very low by the time they scrolled 60%
Insights: By the time users scroll to South America, most of their attention span is already gone
